Dimming refers to the ability to adjust the brightness of a light. Most ILKW products support dimming, offering either stepped or continuous brightness control depending on the model. However, some products in the Ceiling & Wall and Pendant categories may not support dimming. Please refer to the specifications page for each product to confirm whether dimming is supported and how the brightness can be adjusted.

Most pendant lights can be ordered with a track mount by selecting the Track Mount installation option. Instead of the standard ceiling canopy, the product will be supplied with a track plug attached to the end of the cable for easy installation on a lighting track. Some products that do not offer this installation option may not be compatible with a track plug due to their installation method, weight, or other factors specific to the product.

An IP rating is an international standard that indicates the degree to which the enclosure of an electrical or electronic device protects against the ingress of solid particles and liquids.

· IP44 : Protects against solid objects 1mm or larger and water splashes from all directions.
SNOWMAN8 and SNOWMAN12 Portable support an IP44 rating and can be used in light outdoor use where protection from light water exposure is required. The Party Light series (P1, P2, P3) are also designed for outdoor installation and use, featuring basic water resistance and low-wattage light bulbs suitable for outdoor environments. To choose the right bulb for your light, check the socket base, bulb size, and color temperature. First, check the socket base that connects the bulb to the light. It is usually marked with a letter such as E, G, or GX, followed by a number that indicates the base size. Common examples include E14 and E26, which are widely used in Korea.
Next, check the size of the bulb. For many ILKW bulbs, the number in the product name often refers to the bulb’s diameter. However, naming methods may vary by seller, so always check the full product specifications as well. Make sure the bulb will fit inside the shade before purchasing.
Finally, check the color temperature. Color temperature is measured in kelvins (K). A lower number gives a warmer, more yellow light, while a higher number gives a whiter, cooler light.

사용 중인 조명에 맞는 전구를 선택하기 위해서는 소켓 베이스, 전구의 크기, 색온도를 확인해야 합니다. 먼저 전구가 조명에 연결되는 소켓 베이스 규격을 확인해야 합니다. E, G, GX 등으로 표기되며, 뒤에 붙는 숫자는 소켓의 크기를 나타냅니다. 예를 들어 E14, E26과 같이 표기합니다. 국내에서는 E14와 E26 규격이 일반적으로 많이 사용됩니다.

Not all ILKW bulbs are compatible with every lighting product. For products without a built-in LED, check the socket size (E14 or E26) and switch type (ON/OFF or dimmer), and choose a bulb that matches the specifications.
When using a bulb in a lighting product with a dimmer switch, make sure the LED bulb supports dimming. A non-dimmable LED bulb may not adjust properly and could damage the bulb or the lighting product.

Incandescent bulbs produce natural light through the resistance of a filament and generate a significant amount of heat. LED bulbs last more than 10 times longer than incandescent bulbs and generate very little heat.

백열전구는 필라멘트의 저항으로 자연스러운 빛을 발산하며 발열이 강합니다. LED전구는 백열전구의 약 10배 이상의 수명을 가지고 있으며 발열이 거의 없습니다.

Color temperature is a way of describing the color of light using a numerical value. Depending on the color temperature, light is generally classified as warm white, neutral white, or daylight. A lower color temperature gives a warmer, more yellow light, while a higher color temperature gives a cooler, whiter light.
Warm light with a lower color temperature creates a comfortable and cozy atmosphere, making it suitable for spaces intended for relaxation, such as cafés, restaurants, living rooms, and bedrooms. In contrast, white light with a higher color temperature creates a clear and bright atmosphere, making it suitable for spaces that require concentration, such as offices, workspaces, and study rooms.

ILKW LED bulbs mainly offer warm light in the 2200K–2700K range, with tones close to yellow and ivory. However, some bulbs for pendant lights are also available in neutral white and daylight options above 3000K, allowing you to choose according to the mood and purpose of the space.

Dimming is a function that allows you to adjust the brightness of a light. Incandescent bulbs, classic bulbs, and halogen bulbs, which use tungsten filaments to produce light, generally support smooth dimming. LED bulbs support dimming only when they are designed with a dimming circuit.
